What We Collect

• Account and pairing information needed to register signer devices.
• Approval request metadata and action status required to run approval workflows.
• Device and app diagnostic data used for reliability and security troubleshooting.
• Push token data used to deliver approval notifications.

Camera Permission

Beav3r Signer requests camera access only to scan QR pairing codes. We do not use camera access for advertising, analytics profiling, or background recording.

Push Notifications

We use push notifications to alert signers about pending approvals and related workflow events. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

How We Use Data

• Authenticate signer actions and enforce policy-based approvals.
• Deliver secure approval prompts and request status updates.
• Maintain auditability, fraud prevention, and operational security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure and messaging providers strictly to operate Beav3r services (for example, notification delivery).
